Privacy Policy
We designed BgRemove.Photos around a simple idea: image editing should not require handing every image to a remote service.
Images used with the remover
For the normal browser-based background-removal workflow, the image is processed in your browser using the site's local processing setup. The purpose of this design is to keep the editing step on your device rather than making image pixels part of an ordinary server-side upload queue.
Information the site may receive
Like most websites, basic technical information can be available to the web server when a page is requested, such as the requested URL, browser-related headers, timing information, and security-related request details. This information is used to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the service.
Temporary server-side requests
Some site functions may require a short-lived server request. When temporary files are created for an operational reason, they are intended to be removed after the site's configured retention period rather than kept as a permanent media library.
Cookies and local browser storage
The remover may use browser-side storage or cached assets so the application can load model and interface resources efficiently. These mechanisms support functionality and are not intended to create a personal photo archive.
Third-party services
External services may be used for infrastructure, hosting, security, or delivery of static resources. Their own policies can apply to information exchanged as part of those technical services.
Your choices
You control which image you select and when you use the tool. You can also clear browser-stored site data through your browser settings.
